Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sub.label@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and confirmation.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items – We'll replace the item at no cost to you
  • Size exchanges – Subject to availability; contact us to confirm stock before returning

For exchanges, email us at sub.label@outlook.com with your order details and we'll arrange the exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank to check on pending refunds

Shipping Costs
